Prisma is permanently present in various power plants and carries out maintenance and repair work on the basis of master agreements in technical plant construction.

Maintenance, troubleshooting and subsequent repair of equipment and systems in a wide range of industry sectors - directly on site at the power plant - is the focus of our services.

Our high level of flexibility, including customer support with a 24-hour on-call service, is at the core of our maintenance services.

Our services in the power plants sector essentially comprise the following areas:

  • Technical machine cleaning
  • Interval maintenance
  • Maintenance during operation
  • Fault analysis and the related repairs

Our services are customised and adapt to the individual needs of our clients. As a customer, you define the scope of the services, and we are always happy to support you with advice. Our offer extends from individual, selected services to a full service. The full maintenance service includes the following as standard:

  • Repairs
  • Inspections
  • Maintenance
  • Coordination of external companies
  • Spare parts stock management

We are at your complete disposal until the commissioning of the plant, as a constant companion whom you can consult so that your defined goal can be consistently achieved.

We define consulting as the consistent support of our customers during the time-limited stages of project engineering, planning, erection and commissioning.

Pipeline assembly

We process various carbon steels and stainless steels, depending on the customer's requirements and according to the project.

Prisma offers the complete plant installation including measurement calculation, isometric drawings, planning of assembly procedures, project site management, pipe prefabrication, assembly, on-site leak and pressure tests as well as documentation from a sole source.

We couple constructive steel fabrication with the required systems and produce functional units at a high level of quality.

By request, pre-assembly and approval of the output can also take place at our production site in Dinslaken before the pipework is dismantled into modules and prepared for transport. Pre-assembly into the largest shipping units is standard procedure.

Our state of the art design office, equipped with powerful 2D and 3D CAD computers for the design of P&I diagrams, layout and piping plans, is at your disposal for the planning and realisation of your projects.
